Quotes: All WTG quotes do not include shipping costs or local sales tax, if applicable. Sales tax is calculated on the jurisdiction where the items are received. All quotes are based on availability at the time of the quote. Items are rented on a first come first serve based on pick-up date unless a deposit is made to hold the items.

Acceptance Date and Termination: All rental equipment may be picked up at our office or shipped by WTG. If shipped, UPS Ground will be the standard shipping method unless otherwise specified by the customer. Rental charges begin on the day the equipment is in the customer’s possession, partially prorated first day may apply. The rental agreement will terminate the day before the equipment is shipped/returned to WTG. If the customer is shipping rental equipment back to WTG, a valid tracking number must be supplied at the time of shipping.

Warranty of Condition: WTG guarantees all rental equipment to be in good working condition. Upon acceptance of delivery, the customer agrees that the equipment is in good working order. If WTG is not immediately notified upon the equipment’s receipt by the customer, WTG assumes the equipment is in good working condition. If WTG ships equipment to a customer, it is recommended the customer check any levels or sights before using equipment due to shipping damage and notify WTG immediately of any issues.

Damage: WTG will be responsible for the loss or damage of the equipment from the time the equipment is in transit from WTG’s office to when it arrives at the customer’s office. Once the equipment is in the customer’s possession the customer is solely responsible for the equipment until it returns to WTG. The customer agrees to and is liable as absolute insurer of equipment to protect against damage, fire, theft, and vandalism. Equipment that is returned to WTG damaged or with components is the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the customer at the discretion of WTG.

Payment: All payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days past invoice receipt date, WTG will charge a monthly interest rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month from the original due date until paid in full or, if lesser, the highest rate permitted under applicable law. Any rental paid by credit card may be subject to typical credit card transaction fees.

Rental Pending Repair: If a rental is needed to cover an item for repair, full rental fees will be associated with the rental. The exceptions are: 1) Customer has an Enhanced Support agreement with WTG that entitles them to either a) a 50% discount on a rental while their equipment is in for repair through WTG or b) no cost loaner device provided when their Trimble equipment is in for a warranty related repair (when available) and 2) a customer has a discounted, written quote from WTG.

Equipment Utilization & Related Support: Due to the complexity of this equipment, training can be offered to any customer with little or no prior knowledge and experience using the rental equipment. Either on-site or in-office training can be offered here at WTG. Training fees will be based on either an hourly or daily rate. WTG has the option to charge enhanced rental support to any customer that denied training but still may need additional support than what is typically required.

Legal: If assignment or legal action is necessary to enforce this agreement, the customer will be responsible for paying all of WTG fees and expenses.
