  • Rental training services can be provided on-site or at our office facility at the beginning of any rental project.
  • Custom configuration and setup depending on your needs.
  • Access to state CORS networks (New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachussetts, and Maine) if needed
  • Troubleshooting on any hardware related issues
  • We offer shipping (UPS Ground), in-store pickup or local delivery (must be within 30 minutes of Albany location)

Rental FAQs

What are your support/training options?

Support for hardware related issues comes standard with every rental. We also offer in person and on-site training options. Please contact us for more information regarding rental training options.

When do rentals start and end?

Rental charges begin on the first day the equipment is in the customer’s possession, partially prorated first day may apply. The rental agreement will terminate the last full day of use before the equipment is shipped/returned to WTG.

What is your rent-to-own program?

  1. A percentage of the monthly rental fee will be applied each month as credit toward the purchase and the accumulated rental credit will be deducted from the original purchase price to determine the buyout price at the end of each month. Rental credit will be 65% for each of the first 6 months.
  2. Equipment may be rented at the specified monthly rental rate for a period of up to 6 months
  3. An option to purchase the equipment at the end of any month may be exercised at the specified buyout price.
  4. No rental charges will be made if a commitment to purchase is completed within the first 30 days.
  5. Rental may be terminated at any time by customer with no penalty or further obligation.
